Venture Track

Intelligence your investment committee can actually check.

Venture Track monitors your portfolio and pipeline across news, research, policy, filings and analyst coverage — then turns those signals into analysis where every claim carries a citation back to the source document.

No hallucinated comps. No unsourced numbers.

30 days free. No card required.

What's live today

Venture Track has moved out of our innovation lab and into production. Investment teams can sign up, import their book, and start receiving scored intelligence the same day — the full workspace, not a waitlist.

The Problem We're Solving

Every research tool now writes confident paragraphs. That's the problem. Generative tools will produce a market sizing, a competitive set and a risk summary for any company you name — in seconds, and sounding authoritative whether or not the underlying facts exist.

That is fine for a first pass. It is not fine when the output goes into a memo that moves money, because the work of checking falls back on the analyst — and checking an unsourced claim takes longer than finding it yourself. The result is a familiar set of frictions:

  • Unverifiable output: confident analysis with nothing underneath it that a partner can open and read
  • Information overload: analysts reconciling dozens of disparate sources by hand, company by company
  • Keyword noise: alerting that fires on every mention of a name rather than on what actually moved
  • Late signal: hearing about the down round, the key departure or the regulatory action from the founder's update email

Our Solution

Venture Track is built the other way around: evidence first, then analysis.

No citation without verification

Every factual statement carries a provenance ID that resolves to the exact signal or stored article it came from. Click it and read the source. If a claim cannot be traced to verified evidence, it does not get made — a rule enforced in the architecture, not in a prompt.

Signals scored for importance, not matched by keyword

Continuous monitoring across six source classes, with each signal scored for salience against your actual book. The same story across twenty outlets is collapsed to one event and resolved to the company it concerns, so a busy news day does not read as twenty separate developments.

Analysis that knows your portfolio

Market analysis, risk radar and chat all run with your holdings, positions and thesis as context. The question is not "what's happening in fintech" — it's what changes the case for the fintech company you led a round in eighteen months ago.

Coverage that follows what you track

A watchlist is not only a filter. The terms you put in one become targeted queries the ingestion layer runs on a schedule, so tracking a company or a thesis actively pulls more sourcing toward it. A quiet corner of your book gets denser coverage because someone is watching it.

Six source classes, across 12 countries

Monitored continuously and scored for salience against your book, so what surfaces is what moved.

The Intelligence Engine

Powered by Echo

Behind every signal in Venture Track is Echo, our dedicated signal-intelligence engine. Echo continuously listens to the global information landscape, then normalizes, verifies, and scores what it finds — so Venture Track can present investors with intelligence that is timely, deduplicated, and traceable to its source.

The two systems are built to complement each other: Echo senses and scores the market in real time, while Venture Track contextualizes and decides, layering your portfolio, your investment focus, and your team's workflow on top of Echo's raw intelligence.

Echo — Senses & Scores

  • Ingests a broad spread of sources — news, regulatory filings, academic research, financial data, developer activity, government grants, and regional/multi-language feeds
  • Normalizes and deduplicates every item, archiving the raw payload so each signal keeps full provenance
  • Scores each signal on novelty, impact and source trust into a single composite salience, and embeds it for semantic search
  • Publishes newly processed signals to Venture Track in real time as they land

Venture Track — Contextualizes & Decides

  • Consumes Echo's live signal stream and filters it against each firm's portfolio and investment focus
  • Refines high-value signals with AI, adding VC-focused summaries, key insights, and concrete action items
  • Rolls the day's activity into an executive daily digest of trends and prioritized tasks
  • Surfaces it all inside collaborative dashboards with role-based access for the whole team

More Than a Signal Feed

Monitoring is the engine. The rest of the workspace is where diligence, analysis, and the record of a company actually live.

Company search

Search for any company and add it straight to a portfolio. Results are validated before they land, so the record starts clean.

Portfolio management

Group companies by fund, vintage or thesis. Each portfolio keeps its own company list and its own alert stream.

Watchlists

Track a company, an industry or a thesis — and what you track steers what gets sourced.

Market analysis

Market sizing, competitive landscape, five forces, unit economics, thesis and exit routes — printable as a report.

Document upload

Attach pitch decks, financials and diligence material to a company, available to analysis and chat.

AI chat

Ask questions about the book in plain language, answered from that company's documents, signals and analysis.

One page per company

Overview, your position, incoming intelligence and the analysis in four tabs, with documents and chat history alongside.

Risk radar

A standing view of which holdings are trending the wrong way, and on what evidence.

Value Proposition

Defensible Work

Walk into the investment committee able to open the source behind any number on the page. Every claim in a memo already carries its citation.

Time Savings

Reduce research time from hours to minutes with automated sourcing and evidence-backed analysis. Focus on high-value decision-making.

Competitive Advantage

Stay ahead with continuous monitoring and act-now alerts, rather than learning about a development after it has been priced in.

Scalability

Manage larger portfolios and evaluate more opportunities without proportionally increasing headcount.

Use Cases

Diligence that holds up

Build the evidence base for an investment memo with every claim already sourced.

Portfolio monitoring

Know about the down round, the key departure, the regulatory action before the founder's update email.

Risk radar

A standing view of which holdings are trending the wrong way, and on what evidence.

IC preparation

Walk into the meeting able to open the source behind any number on the page.

Through the liquidity event

Companies that IPO stay on the platform; their public performance becomes a comparable for the private book.

Where Your Data Sits

Partners ask this before anything else, so it is on the page rather than in a follow-up email.

Isolated per firm

Every record is scoped to your firm. Nothing is shared between firms on the platform.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Documents are stored with server-side encryption; database connections are TLS-only.

Not training data

Your portfolio and documents answer your firm's requests. They are not used to train models.

Role-based access

Admin and member roles per user, with signed sessions that expire.
